We live in Bossley Park in the western suburbs and were surprised that Mariza who works for KeyNorth Real Estate in North Sydney went out of her way to see us that Sunday afternoon. After a thorough conversation about our expectation and her experience as a real estate agent we were convinced that she was the right person to handle the sale of our apartment in North Sydney. May we also say that she was never pushy getting us to sign the Agency Agreement. Mariza did not disappoint us either. Throughout the period that our property was on the market she worked tirelessly looking for potential buyers, negotiated with and assisted our tenant to present the apartment’s best appearance during Open House and kept us regularly informed of the progress - even sending SMS at night.
